Return Policy?

We are confident that you will absolutely love our products, but just in case anything is wrong with your order please immediately send an email to info@wallstickers.net with you name, invoice number and reason for return.   You have 7 days from receiving the product to return it in perfect, unopened condition, and only then will you will receive a full refund.  Please note, all custom orders are final and may not be exchanged. WallStickers.net reserves the right to decline refund if the product is not in perfect condition.  If we receive the product damaged, you will receive an email from us explaining the reason of declined return, and the product will be sent back to you. Wallstickers.net offers no shipping and handling credit on returned merchandise.   Please see return instructions received with your package for the correct return address.  You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, processing time of your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and processing time of your bank to our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
